Refund Policy

Exchange Eligibility and Cancellation

Ø  Sessions that are cancelled less than four (4) hours in advance will be charged in full.

Ø  You are only allowed to make changes to your booking once and it shall be made no later than four (4) hours prior to the booked service timing.

Ø  Unless otherwise agreed by 31 Beaute, subject to any applicable terms in any promotion package, all sessions must be used within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase on the website.

Ø  You are encouraged to arrive at the Salon at least 15 minutes in advance for your booked session. If you show up late for more than an hour for a booked session, unless otherwise agreed by 31 Beaute, that session will be forfeited. 

Ø  Cancellation are only refundable via wallet credit. Refund in cash is not applicable. There is no expiry date to utilise the wallet credit.

Ø  Please note that some services are non-exchangeable. You will be able to identify those services by looking at the service description view.

Usage of Wallet & Limitation of Liability

Ø  Unless otherwise permitted by 31 Beaute in writing, you may only possess one wallet.

Ø  The wallet credit is personal to you and it is non-assignable, non-transferable and non-refundable. You may not assign or otherwise transfer the credit in your wallet to any other person or entity.

Ø  You may not convert the credit in your wallet to cash.

Ø You agree to the terms and conditions provided by 31 Beaute for the usage of the services provided by the contractor(s) at our salon.

Ø  You agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the services, and any service or good requested in connection therewith, remains solely with you and release, indemnify, and hold harmless 31 Beaute, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Ø  31 Beaute shall not be liable  for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services, even if 31 Beaute has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Ø  31 Beaute shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond 31 Beaute’s reasonable control.

Personal fitness declaration

Ø  If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition that might interfere with your physical safety, you must seek advice from a relevant medical professional before you use our service, equipment and facilities. You must follow all rules and instructions, when using our service, equipment and facilities. If you experience any illness during your session, please notify us immediately. Our staff members are not qualified doctors.

Ø  You warrant and represent that you do not have any medical or mental condition or disability; or disease, which could result in damage to your health if you engage our services at the Salon.

You acknowledge and agree to use our service responsibly and with due care and attention to your own medical and mental condition at all times. You understand and accept all risks of injury from our services and using any Salon equipment. You understand and agree that the Salon that you visit do not, to the extent permitted by law, accept any liability for any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property.

When you bring a guest

Ø  In no event shall 31 Beaute be liable for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic) and losses of any type, which may occur to you or persons booked under your account. You hereby fully and forever release and discharge the company, its insurers, staff, directors and associates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from the use of our services, equipment and facilities.

Ø  You agree to be solely responsible for the safety and well-being of your guest and yourself.

Entire Agreement

Ø  This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. All conditions, warranties or other terms not expressly contained in this Agreement (actual or implied), or not imposed or required to be binding by applicable statute in respect of the services or goods supplied by us, our employees, servants or agents, are hereby excluded. The parties acknowledge that they have not relied on any oral or written representations or other promises or assurances not contained in this Agreement. The parties waive all rights and remedies which might otherwise be available to them in respect thereof, except that nothing in this Agreement will limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
